Return & Refund Policy

At DXEmpire, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Eligible Returns

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

Return Request Timeline

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations

Refund Process

Refunds will be credited through the original payment method wherever applicable.

Replacement Preference

DXEmpire may provide a replacement device before issuing a refund whenever replacement inventory is available.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro Cities: 2-5 Business Days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3-7 Business Days
• Remote Locations: 5-10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Partners

DXEmpire may use third-party logistics providers for delivery and shipment tracking.

Delivery Attempts

Customers must ensure accurate delivery information.

Additional charges may apply if repeated delivery attempts fail due to incorrect customer information.

Shipment Delays

DXEmpire shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Transport disruptions
• Courier partner delays

Cancellation Policy

DXEmpire allows order cancellations under the following conditions.

Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
